Before getting into the water, Diego was walking around the shore like he was on a serious inspection.🧐
He would come closer, look at the water, walk away, come back again… and repeat the whole process a few times.
He clearly wanted to know exactly what he was getting himself into.
I didn’t record any of it. I was too busy watching him and enjoying the moment. Looking back, I almost wish I had a video of his little inspection routine, because it was pretty funny to watch and it definitely made me laugh.🤣
But once he finally decided to go in, all the hesitation disappeared. He really surprised me!🥹
He used to be quite cautious around deeper water, but now seeing him happily swimming and even jumping into the water feels pretty amazing!🥰
I’ll take the memory over the video any day.
